Many people assume that as Christians they should not speak out about any bad behaviour because that would be seen as being judgmental.

I have recently been in a Church group of around 20 people where a dvd was shown in which a Christian girl was saying what her faith meant to her.  In passing she mentioned that she swore and drank.  After the dvd there was a discussion about what was said and NOBODY (apart from me) thought there was a problem with her behaviour. 

There are countless passages in the Bible to support my feelings on the matter, but I was not brave enough to quote any after my initial comment, about how as a Christian I felt swearing and drinking was wrong, was jumped upon by the others who claimed I was ‘judging’.

May God give us righteousness and courage to stand for the truth!
