For some time now I've been a little confused by this term 'Judeo-Christian'. As a follower of Jesus Christ I consider myself a Christian. Jesus was a Jew who came to inform the Jews how and why they were failing God miserably. The Jews were the chosen people to teach everyone else about God and instead of doing that, they had made up some ridiculous rules and regulations about God's law and they were keeping it exclusively for themselves (ie not passing it on to the gentiles). The Pharisees (Jewish holy men) were puffed up with their own importance and made God's law extremely prohibitive.
I do not consider myself a Judeo-Christian because we hold some similar beliefs. One of the commandments is 'Thou shalt not kill' and I believe Buddhists also share that belief.....does that make me a Buddhic-Christian? I have heard that Islam is peaceful religion......so does that make me a Musli-Christian? There are lots of religions out there who have borrowed good things from Christianity. I'm not joining up with any other religion because of it.
The Jews do not believe that Christ was the Messiah, the Son of God. Christians do. That's a pretty fundamental difference!
I don't think this term 'Judeo-Christian' seeping into everyday language is organic - ie it's not a natural progression. There is a reason why it's being introduced under the radar, so to speak, but I don't know why yet.

Newspapers are very adept at neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) - a little trick used alongside and as well as hypnotism.  Headlines often do not reflect the articles written.  This current article is a prime example:
http://www.metro.co.uk/tech/866173-scientists-create-worlds-first-living-laser
The headline reads:  Scientists create laser-producing living cell.  Have scientists created a living cell?  No.  What these 'scientists' have done is adapt a living cell.  Can scientists create anything?  No!  Atheists and Humanists who enjoy patting themselves on the back for their assumed cleverness and knowledge should remind themselves of this fact once in a while.

Pope Benedict XVI creates 22 new cardinals

Watch the video.....

And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

Whiff of scandal clouds Pope ceremony in Vatican
Corruption allegations

In the run-up to this Consistory it emerged that the Pope's current ambassador (nuncio) to the United States, Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, had written to the Pope confidentially last March, alleging corruption, nepotism and cronyism inside the office where he worked.

Nepotism is a word charged with heavy meaning inside the Vatican. For centuries popes were accustomed to appoint their own nephews as cardinals, sometimes when they were only in their teens.

Archbishop Vigano's letter was leaked by an Italian investigative journalist during a TV transmission on the independent Italian Channel La Sette. The Vatican has not contested that the letter is genuine.

Another leak concerns attempts by the Holy See to combat suspicions of money-laundering by the Vatican Bank.

Another heavily promoted belief currently is Pantheism.  This is what most mainstream churches are preaching in one form or another.  The Alpha course, in particular, pushed this agenda.

Pantheism is the view that the Universe (Nature) and God (or divinity) are identical.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! That's like saying if you make a cheese sandwich, you are that cheese sandwich. That is so wrong.

This is where people get the 'Mother Earth' idea from and the 'Gaia' hypotheses. All this worshipping the earth is a dangerous dangerous philosophy. Very soon there will be talk of culling all the useless people (like me!) because we're just a drain on resources.

Have you ever heard of the Georgia Guidestones? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_Guidestones   These are definitely worth investigating, because this is the plan the so-called 'elite', or should that be the 'brights' (http://www.the-brights.net/ - how very arrogant!) are following.

This is also why a current theme promoted in the media is the overpopulation myth.

On these guidestones, the first principle listed is:

Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.

er.....considering there are about 7 billion people in the world today, what do they intend should happen to the other six billion five hundred million of us?

This world can support the population easily if it were better managed and not controlled by greedy conglomerates and puffed up megalomaniacs.

And meanwhile, all the kids these days are only interested in entertainment....... oh and altering their consciousness http://www.instructables.com/id/10-Ways-to-Alter-Consciousness-Without-Drugs/?&sort=ACTIVE&limit=40&offset=40

How sad.
